Nu Casa Replacement Policy
If you happen to receive a damaged article, you can raise a replacement query by sending an email to support@nucasa.co.in within 02 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image and a video of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
Products acknowledged as ‘damaged’ or ‘defective’ will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of replacement accordingly.
Special or limited edition products will not be eligible for a replacement. In such cases, the customer needs to inform by sending an email to suport@nucasa.co.in within 02 days of receiving your order.
