Nu Casa Shipping Policy

Nu Casa has multiple delivery partners to fulfill order throughout India. We primarily ship online orders through Delhivery. Bulk orders are shipped via GATI.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout. All available shipping options for your mentioned address will reflect during checkout. Kindly select the most suitable shipping option.

We deliver throughout India. However, due to certain restrictions certain pincodes might be unserviceable. In such cases, we will inform the contact person mentioned in the order. We will refund all amounts for such orders.

Orders are shipped on the next working day. Based on IST (Indian Standard Time). We do not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

You will receive a shipping information via email, containing your tracking details.

Please note that orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

Standard Shipping

Most of our standard shippings are through Delhivery Logistics. We use other shipping partners in case Delhivery is not servicable. Standard shipping takes around 3-4 Business days. In case, a customer requires express shipping, he/she may contact us for the same. Express service will be chargeable.

Shipping during COVID

We follow all safety protocols and measures to serve our customers in the best and fastest way. However, pickups and deliveries are affected due to COVID hotspots. A delay in deliveries is expected for certain time period.
Average delivery times are around 8-10 working days.
